Is Joe Mauer The Next Big Thing?

I have been very impressed with this guy the last 3 years. In each full season he has played, he has never batted under .293. He rarely strikes out, as he on average strikes out only 50-55 times per season. He can also drive in runs.
However, I am also concerned that as a tall guy, Joe’s knees will be screwed up if he continues to play catcher. I think by moving him to 1st base, it will extend his career several years.
